Philip Janssen has been carrying entrepreneurial responsibility for over 20 years.
After building up and selling an IT system house specialising in doctors and pharmacists, he developed various construction projects in a family business alongside his studies at the EUROPEAN BUSINESS SCHOOL in Oestrich-Winkel, which he still accompanies in parallel today. Due to his close and long-standing cooperation with various insolvency administrators, he has comprehensive knowledge in the highly specialized insolvency field.
In addition to his expertise in the operational holistic restructuring of companies, i.e. from expert opinions (preparation of IDW S6 reports) to refinancing and the implementation of restructuring measures, his other areas of expertise in the projects include strategy development and change management.
In addition, Mr. Janssen is proficient in the use of most common ERP systems, speaks business fluent English and enjoys working in an international environment.
