AsolidEquity Partners AG is a family office which, as an owner-managed investment company, invests in companies which either offer clear potential for improvement or show clear prospects for development.

We give the team new impulses and support the employees in the development of their true abilities and competences. Respect and learn from each other so that together we increase the value of our investments.

Our investment strategy is based on our experience, but also on imagination for what is feasible, desired and necessary for tomorrow. We are interested in proven, in new and exciting products, technologies and services. We want to be successful together and enjoy the development of the company and the employees – always respectful and appreciative. In this way, even more complex projects, such as the takeover of group companies, are successful. Of course, a future-oriented strategy and management is also an essential component for increasing the long-term added value of the company.

Future-oriented strategy and leadership

In the implementation of the strategy, our companies are supported by a team of operational experts with practical experience, in particular in order to uncover potential for improvement and opportunities and to implement them together profitably to the satisfaction of all involved (stakeholders).

The management and employees of the companies acquired by us play a central and supporting role in managing the operational optimisation and thus the accompanying transformation of the company.

How successful we are in the optimization measures depends essentially on the qualification, motivation and team spirit of all employees. Because only by working together can we achieve a significant increase in value. Employee and management involvement is a key pillar of the success of our strategy.
